I am a graphic designer and illustrator from Johannesburg, South Africa. I have a particular passion for combining traditional and digital illustration techniques to create my designs. My manifesto is to create good things from bad things, beauty from pain and art from nothing. I am deeply inspired by the legend of the Thornbird, a bird that spends its life searching for a thorn tree to impale itself upon as it sings the only song it will ever sing, more sweetly than any other creature on the face of the earth, transforming death into music and
pain into beauty.
